When we provide safe spaces, guidance, and encouragement, those dreams take root, grow, and flourish. This summer, our first-ever Dream Builders Camp gave 45 youth from North Lawndale the space to explore who they are, connect with peers, and begin cultivating their freedom dreams. We set out to serve 30 young people. With community support, we welcomed even more &mdash; and the results were powerful: At camp, youth were affirmed, encouraged, and equipped with meals, supplies, stipends, and space to lead.
