Living longer is only part of the goal. Living better matters, too. The Longevity Initiative for Food & Education (LIFE) is a nonprofit dedicated to making practical longevity education free and accessible to everyone. We help people understand how everyday choices can support a healthier life—from the food we eat and how we move to sleep, relationships, purpose, and stress regulation. Through the free LIFE Assessment, educational resources, and daily social media education, LIFE turns longevity research into practical habits people can actually use.We believe longevity doesn't have to be complicated. It isn't about chasing the latest hack. It's about understanding the fundamentals and making them part of everyday life. LIFE also brings these ideas to the table through hands-on cooking experiences centered on real food, tradition, learning, and connection. Proceeds from these experiences, along with donations from supporters like you, help fund our educational mission. Longevity education shouldn't be a luxury. Your support helps keep the LIFE Assessment, educational resources, and community programming free and accessible. The goal isn't just more years. It's more LIFE in your years.
