Earl's Pearls is working in partnership with Ghanian nonprofit, Team CSR Ghana, to modernize the Adukrom clinic’s infrastructure by enhancing utilities and renovating medical spaces to create an environment that supports high-quality healthcare delivery for the women who give birth at the clinic as well as the children and families serviced by the clinic.  Adukrom is a town located in the Akuapem North Municipality of the Eastern Region of Ghana approximately 40 km north-east of Accra. The Adukrom Clinic is strategically positioned within the town, making it accessible to residents and neighboring settlements who rely on it for primary healthcare services. The projective objectives are to:1. Renovate and modernize clinical and non-clinical spaces;2. Improve sanitation, water, and waste management systems;3. Upgrade electrical and lighting systems for reliability and safety;4. Enhance accessibility and patient flow; and5. Ensure compliance with basic health facility standards. The District Assembly (DA), the District Health Directorate (DHD) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) are key directorates at the District Assembly level to ensure quality and effective project implementation.  Team CSR Ghana will provide onsite project management and coordinate with The Health Directorates that play a key role in ensuring that the refurbishment work is meeting minimum health facility standards in Ghana. Your donation today helps to provide enhanced and continued healthcare to the families in the Adukrom region.  💜
