Toledo&#39;s Englewood and Junction neighborhoods have carried unresolved grief, untold stories, and unanswered questions for too long. CRC-ESW was built to change that &mdash; not with programs designed somewhere else and delivered here, but with the people who actually live here. Voices Uncovered: Sacred Echoes is our nine-week civic storytelling and leadership program serving youth ages 16&ndash;24. Led by Harold Mosley&nbsp;&mdash; a 33-year Toledo Police Department veteran &mdash; our Youth Apprentices sit across from judges, former professional athletes, City Council members, community leaders, and community elders from the Black Kings Collective, and ask: &quot;Tell me how you made it &mdash; and what you want the next generation to know.&quot; Those conversations become murals. Permanent Sacred Echo installations placed right here in Englewood and Junction &mdash; visible proof that people who looked like you, grew up where you grew up, and faced what you face, built something extraordinary.
