End the chokehold by the two dominate, but minority parties. &nbsp;The Republican and Democratic parties each represent about 27 percent of voters. &nbsp;The largest voting bloc, at 42% are independents, who have only 2 seats in Congress. &nbsp; Give ordinary working people the largest vote in Congress.&nbsp; We can bring about a true Democracy in our country. &nbsp;We can do it by pledging to vote for candidates who support a fully democratic House of Representatives through promising to vote for the Citizens Congress constitutional amendment. &nbsp;We could replace every politician in our country in 6 years if, we the people choose to.
