A colorful banner reading "FOOD FOR ALL" with images of a beet and watermelon is displayed on a table decorated with pom-poms, while a background shows shelves stocked with canned goods and people milling about.

Colrain Food For All is a volunteer community organization working to make healthy, locally produced food available to all residents of Colrain. In just four months, our volunteers have moved two tons of food to more than 60 families through our Backpack Program at Colrain Central School. We’ve recently expanded to offer a monthly free pop-up grocery, individual orders and a Little Free Food Pantry at the Colrain Library. As food prices and health insurance costs rise and SNAP benefits are cut, more of our neighbors are struggling to make ends meet. Through our partnership with the Western Massachusetts Food Bank and the Interfaith Council of Franklin County (our fiscal sponsor) - and with the help of our community - we’re working to make sure that no neighbor has to face food insecurity alone. And we’re growing. Our biggest challenge right now is space. We need a safe, year-round place to store food between distributions, with adequate shelving, refrigeration, and freezer capacity. With a real space, we never have to turn food away. Your support makes this work possible. Donations are used where they are needed most to support our mission—from food and distribution to the facilities and equipment that make our work possible. Every dollar helps us reach more neighbors and respond to the needs of our community. There Are Three Ways You Can Help DONATE: Every dollar makes a difference.
