🌟 Join us in Creating Change! 🌟At Boston Angels,&nbsp;Boston Angels Mission StatementBoston Angels exists to end the twin crises of homelessness and food insecurity that grip veterans and families across Boston. Rooted in Dorchester and reaching outward along the Blue Hill Avenue corridor, through Mattapan, Roxbury, and the Mass and Cass district, we serve the neighbors our city too often forgets.Food insecurity is not a background problem here &mdash; it is a daily, grinding reality. Too many veterans and families in our communities do not know where their next meal will come from. Our Mobile Pantry Unit, a 2018 Chevy box truck we take to the streets three days a week, delivers groceries and hot meals directly to the people who need them most. Across eight stops each day and roughly 400 households every single week, we have distributed more than 15,000 bags of essential food and supplies, because no family should ever have to choose between paying rent and putting food on the table.But our mission never stops at a full belly. Food stability is the doorway to housing stability, and housing is the doorway to a dignified future. Through our Veteran Housing Navigator program, we connect service members and their families to shelter, rental assistance, and the permanent housing they have earned. We walk with them through every step, so no veteran is left behind.Our work is driven by one simple belief: all we do is not enough, so we ask you to join us any way you can. Together, we can feed the hungry, house the homeless, and honor those who served.
