We&rsquo;re a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to making sure no new mom in our community has to choose between feeding her baby and getting to her doctor&rsquo;s appointment safely.Cleveland has one of the highest poverty rates in the country, and the impact is devastating. Our city also ranks among the worst in the U.S. for infant and maternal mortality &ndash; especially among Black mothers. This isn&rsquo;t just a statistic.
