In some cases a person may lose their job but have a rental share, sometimes it may take more than 30 days for the individual voucher adjustment or be Re-budgeted reflecting on a person's income, therefore the individual is still responsible for their rental share, which can cause a individual to fall behind in their 30% rental share, causing a small rental arrear. As a community charity service H.O.F.C will provide financial rental share payment assistance to ensure an individual does not fall behind on their 30% rental share payments.</span></p><br /><br /><br
