A Community Tradition Presented by the Lake Spokane Chamber of Commerce Each summer, thousands of neighbors gather to celebrate Independence Day right here in Lake Spokane. From fireworks lighting up the sky to kids activities, local vendors, live music, and community connection — this event is built by and for our community. What many don’t realize is that this celebration is 100% community-funded. There is no large corporate sponsor or city budget covering the costs. The fireworks show, insurance, safety coordination, family activities, and event logistics are made possible entirely through local donations and sponsorships. When you donate, you are directly helping to:• Fund the fireworks show• Support family-friendly activities• Cover required insurance, and safety• Keep this beloved tradition alive for years to come Every dollar stays right here in Nine Mile Falls. Whether you give $25 or $2,500, your contribution helps ensure that our community can continue to gather, celebrate, and create lasting memories together. Thank you for supporting the Lake Spokane Independence Day Celebration.
