The latest project of The Jewish Lens Curriculum, Picturing Israel was created in response to the tragedy of October 7, 2023, and the rise of global antisemitism and anti-Zionism. This exciting new resource combines analyzing and creating photography with exploration of modern and traditional Jewish texts to provide learners with knowledge of Jewish history, critical thinking skills, confidence in their Jewish identity, personal connection to the land, state and people of Israel and to the Jewish People throughout the world.
