Your gift helps keep our dancers on the floor and our doors open. The recent storm that hit Abilene, TX caused catastrophic flooding in our studio, destroying three of our professional dance floors, along with major damage to the walls, ceilings, and interior structure. These rooms now require a full rebuild before they can safely reopen. Until repairs are complete, no classes can be held in these spaces, limiting instruction time, rehearsal availability, and the opportunities our dancers depend on. Our studio owner is working tirelessly to address repairs while still covering rent, utilities, and ongoing operating costs — all while losing revenue from the closed rooms. Your donation today directly helps us:

Restore studio floors so dancers have a safe, reliable place to train

Rebuild damaged rooms to reopen essential class and rehearsal space

Support local arts education for families across our community

Keep performances and programs running despite the setback

Every contribution — big or small — helps us get dancers back where they belong: on the floor, creating, growing, and shining. https://ktxs.com/news/local/big-country-arts-academy-cancels-classes-after-storm-damages-facility
