While we have seen that at least one council member is listening and has publicly gone on record saying he will vote No, we felt it was time to take the next step. We officially created a Not For Profit by the name of Central IL Data Center Opposition&nbsp;(CIDCO) and have retained an attorney.&nbsp; Our group has willingly spent countless hours researching, organizing, creating, questioning and disseminating factual information to our community and leaders.
