🌟 Join us in Supporting those that need help but don&#39;t know how to ask! 🌟 When a young spouse dies, the surviving parent is often left navigating overwhelming grief while simultaneously caring for children, managing a household, and rebuilding a future they never expected to face alone. While friends, family members, neighbors, and faith communities want to help, many don&#39;t know how to provide meaningful support without unintentionally creating additional emotional burdens. The&nbsp;Sheena Foundation exists to bridge that gap. We equip and train individuals, families, churches, and communities to confidently care for widows and widowers with children. Through education, practical tools, and compassionate guidance, we teach supporters how to show up in ways that are truly helpful&mdash;offering stability, understanding, and tangible assistance without adding pressure, expectations, or emotional labor to those who are grieving. &nbsp;The Sheena Foundation offers learning virtually, or allows for us to deploy a team to assist. &nbsp;The team will organize, create calendars, knock on neighbors&rsquo; doors, bring volunteers, and pray with everyone involved. &nbsp;This hands-on support allows everyone to delegate the question &ldquo;what can I do to help&rdquo; directly to The Sheena Foundation. The Sheena Foundation exists to provide tangible support and assistance where no young widow or widower has to carry the weight of loss alone. By empowering others to serve with empathy, awareness, and intention, we help build sustainable support networks that strengthen families during one of life&#39;s most difficult transitions.
