The Fortune Fund is a non-profit organization designed to recognize and promote academically bright students from economically disadvantaged families in India and the United States.&nbsp; In the United States, scholarship assistance is available for students pursuing 2- or 4-year degree programs. Since its inception, these scholarships have not only alleviated financial burdens but also created pathways to a brighter future, empowering students to pursue their aspirations and unlock new opportunities. Fortune Fund began running this program at Bevier High School 2021. Each graduating class consists of 10-14 students, and on average, only one student per year proceeds to college. In initial year, only 1 student from a class of 10 applied and was awarded a scholarship.
