Celebrate Jen’s 41st birthday—and help strengthen our community. Jen, our president, is turning 41! Celebrate with Lifted Through Hope Foundation (LTH) by donating your age in dollars—or giving $41 in honor of hers. Who you’re supportingLTH connects women diagnosed with Small and Large Cell Neuroendocrine Cervical Cancer (NECC) and their families with resources, emotional support, and others who understand this experience. Our priorities include:

SUPPORT | Connect Patients to our Community: Recognize patients’ emotional and psychosocial needs alongside clinical treatment. Refer newly diagnosed patients and their families to Lifted Through Hope Foundation for peer connection, resources, and community support. Collaborate with us on patient-centered support programs, including a yearly in-person gathering, and include our voices as patients and survivors in conversations about care.

EDUCATION | Increase Awareness and Share Knowledge: Help us close the knowledge gap surrounding this rare disease. Increase awareness of NECC advancements among gynecologists, primary care providers, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals. Encourage specialist referrals, consultations, and collaboration. Share current, evidence-based information on treatment approaches, clinical trials, and emerging research, and amplify patient voices through medical education and professional forums.

RESEARCH | Collaborate to Advance Better Outcomes: Make research into our cancer a shared priority. Continue research initiatives focused on NECC, disease progression, and a cure. Raise awareness of clinical trial opportunities and help Lifted Through Hope address barriers to patient participation. Partner with the foundation to connect with researchers, clinicians, advocates, and potential funding opportunities.

Where your gift goesYour donation supports LTH’s work, including fundraising that empowers physicians, hospitals, and research institutions to advance research and clinical trials. Community and education support could help cover costs such as resource materials and meeting space for patient-centered gatherings. Give your age—or Jen’s!Mark Jen’s birthday with a gift inspired by your age or her 41 years. Donate to help LTH bring women and families together, share knowledge, and support research.
