In April of this year, Dianne passed away after a courageous multi-year battle with Multiple Myeloma. While her loss has left a tremendous void in the hearts of so many, her compassion, dedication, and love for others continue to inspire all who knew her. Dianne devoted countless years to the Venango County Fair, serving faithfully as a volunteer and most recently as Vice President of the Fairgrounds. She poured her heart into making the fair a place where families, friends, and neighbors could come together and create lasting memories. Her service to the community extended far beyond the fairgrounds. Dianne was a deeply respected nurse who cared for patients in both the Emergency Department and Cancer Center at our local hospital. She also dedicated many years of service to emergency medical care as a member of the Seneca Volunteer Fire Department EMS team and with Community Ambulance Service, serving as both an EMT and PHRN. In moments of fear, pain, and uncertainty, Dianne was often the calm, caring presence people could count on. But above all else, Dianne cherished her family. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, and some of her happiest moments were simply gathered around a table sharing meals, laughter, and love with the people closest to her heart.
