In anticipation of the upcoming Holiday Season, AVPC is looking to establish a Vet Care Budget. Sadly, pets are all too often given as gifts without prior conversation; and then dropped at a shelter or left to wander the streets.  Many of the dogs taken in by Apple Valley Pit Crew used to be someone's pet, generally through no fault of their own the animal now trying to figure out a new life without the only family they have ever known. Without knowledge of this dog's background, a full workup must be completed by a veterinarian to ensure the health and safety of the dog (and the safety of other dogs in the foster home) . To help ease the burden of adjusting to their new home we also want to ensure a clean bill of health for their new family. Your donation helps ensure funding is available to seek both routine and emergency veterinary care.  Thank you for caring about these dogs as much as we do!
