This donation will help us to produce our 40th Anniversary Gala on June 21, 2024 at the 450-seat F. Scott Fitzgerald Theater in Rockville, MD. In addition, your generous contribution will support the African Dance & Drum classes we are presenting in the historically Black community of Lincoln Park, Rockville, MD. The 8-week class series starts on January 22, 2024. This community class will be a feature performer at this momentous occasion. In addition, the Gala will host some awesome entertainers including the Earth Wind & Fire Tribute Band, the Kathy Smith Contemporary Dance Ensemble, Greg Poole, Devin Walker, Vincent Stovall, Joe Keyes, and many more. With your support, the Soul In Motion 40th Anniversary promises to be a memorable night for all. Your generous donation will help to offset the costs of performer fees, theater rental, marketing/promotion, costumes, and technical/music equipment rental. We are also gracious to have received support from the Maryland State Arts Council, The Arts & Humanities Council of Montgomery County and the Rotary Club of Rockville.
