The Humane Society of South Carolina
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Humane Society is one of many animal welfare groups in the Southeast, all of which play a vital role in addressing the animal welfare issues we face. While the resolution to each of these issues is a worthy endeavor, The Humane Society identifies with only two: animal cruelty and animal overpopulation. The mistreatment of animals and the euthanization of healthy, adoptable animals are unacceptable and must be put to an end.
Because we are a nonprofit, we rely on donations in order for us to continue our mission. By contributing to our organization, you are aiding us in our efforts to end animal cruelty, neglect and overpopulation by:
Educating the public on the humane treatment of animals
Assisting in the investigation of complaints and working to resolve instances of animal abuse and neglect
Operating a low cost spay/neuter clinic (including our TNR program) to help reduce the number of unwanted animals.
It is because of generous donors that we are able to help animals all over the state of South Carolina. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for standing with us in our efforts to end animal cruelty, neglect and overpopulation. Together, we DO make a difference, and with continued support, we will do so for many years to come.
THANK YOU!
