This year we reach a remarkable milestone: the 75th anniversary of Crossroads. For three quarters of a century, Crossroads has partnered with families as we engage in our mission to support children - to create an environment where we can be respectful mentors and authentic companions as children learn to navigate the world and find their joyful place within it. Crossroads staff and Board members often hear from former Crossroads families that they still remember their experiences with great fondness. Whether it's an email from abroad, or a serendipitous encounter at a local café, Crossroads families reach out to express gratitude. It's a testament to the meaningful and deep-seeded nurturing that happens year after year for the young children at Crossroads. Because of the pandemic, we have missed seeing you all at our annual Holiday Fair - our prime opportunity to welcome former Crossroads families back to delight in the children's growth and raise funds for program enhancements as well as for Tuition Assistance.  While we will miss gathering in celebration of our anniversary, we are reaching out to ask you to donate to a special 75th Anniversary Fund. Our most pressing need is to replenish our Tuition Assistance Fund to help families access high quality early childhood care. In recognition of our long-standing partnership, the Institute for Advanced Study has offered to match every dollar donated up to $10,000. In response to the IAS gift challenge, every member of the Crossroads Board of Trustees has already donated to the 75th Anniversary Fund.  We hope that you will consider donating too. Every gift, no matter the size, will help Crossroads enormously.
