🌟 Help put pro-vaping leaders in office! 🌟 Your contribution to the IFAST Alliance PAC, the political action committee of Iowans for Alternatives to Smoking & Tobacco, helps support candidates for Iowa office who understand that vapor products help adults quit smoking and will stand up for Iowa’s vapor businesses and their customers. In 2024, IFAST led a federal lawsuit against HF2677, Iowa’s vape registry law, and kept it from being enforced for more than a year. This summer, an appeals court reversed that win and sent the case back for dismissal, and the State plans to publish its vapor products directory on October 15. Once enforcement begins, any product not on the directory can’t legally be sold in Iowa. That covers the vast majority of products adult Iowans rely on today. With the courtroom fight over, the power to fix this law rests with the Legislature. We need lawmakers in Des Moines who will amend HF2677 and save Iowa’s vapor industry, and your contribution helps elect them.
