A few days ago, a member of our Marine Corps League family lost his home in a house fire. He suffered burns in the fire and has just been released from the hospital &mdash; now facing the road to both physical recovery and rebuilding his life from nothing. South Plains Detachment #519 is raising emergency funds to help him with immediate needs: temporary housing, clothing, medical costs not covered by insurance, and basic essentials as he gets back on his feet. Every dollar raised goes directly toward his recovery.
