Hello! My name is Emily, I am a Life Scout, and I am working on my Eagle Scout Project.   I’ve always loved being able to give back to our community from working with Hurricane relief, volunteering at food banks, to caroling to the elderly around Christmas time. After a visit to a hospital, I started wondering how I could help a hospital and my project idea was born. My project is creating care kits for babies and teenagers at the AdventHealth for Children hospital in Orlando, Florida! The kits will be made specifically for babies in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) and teenagers staying in the hospital. These are two groups that are often overlooked when it comes to donations. Each kit will include age-appropriate items such as comfort items, games, books, and hygiene supplies to help make their hospital stay a little brighter. Your support will directly help provide these care kits to children at the hospital, offering comfort, encouragement, and a reminder that their community cares about them. 🩷 Thank you so much for visiting my page and supporting my Eagle Project!
