The endowment was created by current and past members of the Eta Omicron chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. The Eta Omicron chapter was the first African American Greek organization on the campus of North Carolina State University. The endowment supports African American male students who will be attending NC State and African American male students already there.
