• Preserving and promoting Deaf culture and American Sign Language.
• Advancing the economic, civic, and social welfare of Deaf, hard-of-hearing, and late-deafened individuals.
• Identifying and breaking down communication barriers.
• Promoting fully equal and accessible education for Deaf individuals.
