Building Foundations for Equality and Justice

The NAACP of Pulaski County is committed to ensuring the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights for all persons and to eliminating race-based discrimination. Although in the early stages of program development, we actively host impactful community events such as the annual MLK celebration, maintain a historical museum, and organize the Juneteenth festivities. Your support now is crucial as it will help us establish and expand our capabilities to include comprehensive programs such as economic development and legal advocacy.

Why Donate? Your donations are foundational, providing us the necessary resources to:

  • Strengthen Community Engagement: Increase the reach and impact of our existing events like the MLK event and Juneteenth, which foster community cohesion and awareness.
  • Launch New Programs: Fund the development of new initiatives, including economic development programs aimed at enhancing local business opportunities and legal advocacy efforts to support civil rights.
  • Educate & Empower: Lay the groundwork for future educational workshops and scholarships that will empower our community members from youth to adults.
  • Advocate for Change: Fund initiatives aimed at reforming policies that impede equality and justice for all community members.
  • Educate & Empower: Sponsor educational programs and scholarships for youth and adults to build a foundation of knowledge and empowerment.
  • Support Legal Defense: Provide legal representation and support to those whose rights have been violated.
  • Community Development: Implement community programs that promote health, economic growth, and social justice.
