This program addresses not only the geographical and locational needs of low-income or resource-challenged people, but also their personal, social and employment (financial) needs.

RATIONALE/PLAN

We are hoping to now expand and incorporate a housing development program that will provide affordable housing through Fort Worth and the Dallas local areas. The background, expertise and skill set of our team has included contracting with and operating as a troubleshooter who prepares and upgrades houses and apartments by making them ready for new arrivals following their being vacated by former residents. 

This approach is one that involves a holistic focus which goes beyond providing housing. It involves creating a culture because each house built and sold (or rented) will host individuals who will be asked to be a part of the Community Advisory Commission that will meet regularly and report on what is taking place in their particular area, the block, the neighborhood, the community.
