Show your support and get your corporate logo on the event shirt for the Exercise for Epilepsy - 2024 F3 Veterans Day Convergence to raise money for the North Carolina Epilepsy Alliance.  This local organization (based in Winston-Salem) has been a leading source of financial and informational support for epilepsy patients and their families in the state of NC (and elsewhere around the nation) for many years.  Many veterans of the armed forces who suffer from seizures related to traumatic brain injury (TBI) are recipients of aid from the NC Epilepsy Alliance.  Your donations will ensure continued aid to these veterans and other epilepsy patients in NC and around the nation.  These are high-quality Sport-Tek shirts that will be worn repeatedly by the men of F3 during their morning workouts for years to come acknowledging your support.  There are 5 tiers of donation allowing you to choose how you want your company name/logo displayed.  If you'd like to donate in excess of $1,000 you can do so (simply change the amount in the box).  For donations in excess of $1,000 you are also welcome to display banners or posters on the day of the event (just send an email to <a href="mailto:dentrikin@gmail.com" style="color:inherit;text-decoration:inherit;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit">dentrikin@gmail.com</a> to make arrangements for this), and any donation of $2,500 or more from a corporate entity (even combined donations...think multiple physicians in a group practice guys) will reach DIAMOND level of support and garner a LARGE logo on the FRONT of the shirt.  Corporate donations are welcome up to the day of the event, however, in order to ensure that your name/logo are printed on the shirt the DONATION MUST BE FINALIZED NO LATER THAN 10/31/2024. After completing your donation, you will receive an email tax receipt with the NC Epilepsy Alliance EIN, as well as a request for your company name or logo you want to be included on the shirt.  Please do not forget to respond to that email to ensure that your donation gets recognized appropriately on the shirt.
