Vision

Our vision is to build long term relationships with young boys of color, in efforts of proactively guiding boys instead of reactively rehabilitating men. 

Mission

Our Mission: is to provide mentorship to children, youth, and families of color, specifically male children and youth. We want to fill the gaps left in the traditional family home structure by engaging students and teachers during instructional time so that they can better understand the needs of the students. We also commit to assisting single mothers and other family caregivers in ensuring children and youths of color are prepared for adulthood.

Goals

Mentor-Provide guidance and motivation, explore career goals. Serve as role models and student advocates not just during after school program hours but during the school day. Teach values and morals that lead to positive social impact.

Educate- Identify and provide academic support in areas of need, ie Reading and Math. Identify those students that may need Special eduction support and 504 accommodations, provide parents with the resources and tools to make informed decisions for there child.

Nurture- Provide emotional and mental health support, build strong relationships that enable partnerships and communication with children, youth, parents and caregivers .
