At Kosciusko Community TNR, our mission is to

support and control the community cat population of Kosciusko county and those that care for them.

Educate and motivate the community and cat caretakers on the merits and methods of Trap Neuter Return and responsible pet ownership.
Provide necessary supplies and support to carry out the process of Trap Neuter Return.
Provide support when return is not an option due to medical needs of the cat or unsafe return situations. This support could be, but not limited to providing/facilitating medical care through a veterinarian partner or socialization and adoption through foster.

Our motto is to "Keep Calm & Neuter On"! Established on May 28, 2021, a GoFundMe was started to raise monies for our first 10-15 traps at TSC in Warsaw, who graciously offered a 10% discount. We gathered a board of local rescue and shelter professionals to guide us towards success.

Now, 5 years later, we have TNR'd 1,491 cats! Effectively reducing the population by over 1 MILLION over our last 4 years. In 2025 alone, we spayed 334 FEMALE cats and 314 MALE cats.

We welcome you to come along side us, in this fun filled, and also often exhausting and heartbreaking journey. We are ALWAYS looking for ACTIVE volunteers & board members. Your donation will go towards offsetting the cost ($50-$115) of spay/neuter surgeries, foster care, traps and medical related expenses in emergent medical situations for community cats across Kosciusko County, Indiana.
