Faithsgiving Turkey Drive: Give a Family the Gift of Thanksgiving Every November, Pico Union Project brings Angelenos together to celebrate our Interfaith Week of Gratitude and Giving. People of all faiths and backgrounds serve side by side, united by a shared commitment to strengthen our neighborhoods and care for one another. At the heart of Faithsgiving is a simple, powerful act: making sure families in our community can gather around a Thanksgiving meal. This year, our goal is to provide 700 turkeys to low‑income households across Pico Union, ensuring families can celebrate with dignity, warmth, and hope. A single turkey costs $36, and your donation directly places a Thanksgiving meal on a family’s table. $36 feeds one family. $180 feeds five. $360 feeds ten. While volunteers care for the Pico Union Garden, plant trees, paint murals, and partner with local schools, your donation ensures that every family who comes to Faithsgiving leaves with a turkey and a reason to celebrate. Together, we can make Thanksgiving brighter for 700 families. Together, we can turn gratitude into action.
