Farmhouse Art Collective is a 501c3 nonprofit organization located in Cedar Rapids Iowa, with a mission to inspire and empower ordinary people to create and live more creative lives. We do this through offering a variety of resources and programming at low or no cost, which include:  Designing interactive art for community events; An always open art table, typewriter, and laptop with editing software; Access to a visual art and poetry library; Art classes under $25 or free for volunteers; Art chats where people can share work in progress and get feedback; Exhibition and publication opportunities for artists of all skill levels; Retail space for underrepresented local artists; Working with at-risk youth and other vulnerable populations; --and most of all-- Providing a safe and nurturing environment where people can grow and creatively flourish. Your donations help make all of this possible. Thank you!
