Traditionally, there is an Annual Meeting held in the historic tabernacle building in May at Meredith Campground Cemetery in Henderson County, Texas. At the meeting, many choose to make donations to the cemetery and tabernacle funds. Donations are also accepted through mail or at other times throughout the year when convenient for those donating.
