Help Fila 911 Rescue, Rehab & Sanctuary Build a Safe Haven for the Forgotten. For years, Fila 911 Rescue, Rehab & Sanctuary has been committed to saving the forgotten, the abandoned, and the mistreated. We take in Fila Brasileiro dogs that others turn away—dogs who need medical care, rehabilitation, training, patience, love, and most of all, a second chance. With the arrival of Dugan and Delta after the unexpected death of their human mom, Deb VanFossen and two additional from a facility closure, now we need your help to build 20 new kennels to be able to continue our mission with enough space. Our goal is $35,000 to build 20 new kennels, and reaching it will give us the space we desperately need to continue answering the call when a Fila has nowhere else to go.🐾 20 Kennels = 20 More ChancesThese kennels aren't simply just brick and mortar structures. They are a safe place for a frightened dog to regain trust. They are a secure space for a dog receiving critical medical care. They are a place where rehabilitation and training can begin. They are a temporary home for a Fila waiting for the family who will finally see their worth. And, most importantly, they give us the ability to say YES when another Fila needs us.Fila Brasileiro dogs are a unique and special breed. Unfortunately, when owners can no longer care for them or when they are abandoned, surrendered or mistreated, they can be especially difficult for traditional shelters to place. That's where Fila 911 Rescue, Rehab & Sanctuary comes in. We work with shelters and dog owners across the United States as the only 501c3 nonprofit rescue specializing in Fila Brasileiro dogs. We have successfully rehomed hundreds of dogs, helping relieve the burden on overcrowded shelters while educating them about this incredible breed and helping adopters understand the commitment and responsibility that comes with welcoming a Fila into their family. We believe every Fila deserves a chance. A chance to heal. A chance to learn. A chance to trust again. A chance to be loved. A chance to finally come home. We Are Fighting for Lives.Every dollar makes a difference and brings us closer to those 20 kennels. $25. $50. $100. $500. Whatever you can give matters. And if you aren't able to donate, sharing this campaign is a donation of your time and your voice. Every share helps us reach someone who might be able to give. Every donation helps us continue rescuing. Every kind word reminds us why we fight so hard. Our goal: $35,000. Our mission: 20 new kennels. Our promise: Keep fighting for the Fila's who have been forgotten. Please consider donating today.
