Through FINALLY HOME at Rachel&rsquo;s House, Destiny Empowerment Enterprises, Inc. fills the critical gap between foster care and stable adulthood. We provide young women ages 18&ndash;24 with safe housing, food, transportation assistance, life-skills training, case management, educational and workforce support, budgeting guidance, accountability, encouragement, and a community that refuses to let them face adulthood alone.
