At Close Knit Family Housing, we support unaccompanied youth ages 16&ndash;18 who are working to finish high school, as well as young adults ages 18&ndash;24 who are experiencing homelessness. Our mission is to provide safe housing, stability, and a clear pathway to independence. We serve young people who are navigating life on their own often without family support, stable income, or a place to call home. Many are balancing school, work, and personal challenges, all while trying to build a better future. What makes our work special is our commitment to meeting young people where they are and walking with them every step of the way. We don&rsquo;t just help them find housing we help them build a life. Through personalized support, resource connections, financial guidance, and encouragement, we empower them to move from survival mode to stability and self-sufficiency. We believe every young person deserves more than just a roof over their head they deserve dignity, opportunity, and a real chance to succeed.
