However, they are doing so without standardized data on the current state of animal welfare, or the analytical resources needed to scale their impact and help more animals. Passion and dedication amongst rescuers are high, but logistical hurdles and information gaps make it nearly impossible to make the informed, strategic decisions required for lasting change. Lữ Rescue Alliance (LữRA) was founded to change that.We are a research organization partnering with local rescues, vet clinics, and community members. We are on the ground to translate anecdotes into evidence-based findings that will shape how international resources are deployed in the years to come. &nbsp; Our 2026 Strategy: The Two-Track Launch Your donation directly funds our initial on-the-ground research in Vietnam, focusing on two critical tracks:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Track 01: Network Logistics &amp; Bottlenecks. We are documenting the operational realities facing local clinics and rescues. By identifying trends in upstream factors and mapping systemic bottlenecks, we aim to provide the data necessary to scale local successes and identify new solutions. &nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Track 02: The Human-Animal Bond. We are conducting localized field studies to understand the relationship between families and their pets. This ensures our future interventions are not based on external assumptions, but are locally supported and culturally informed. &nbsp;</li></ul>As Vietnam sees continued economic growth and a growing younger population of pet owners, we see this as a vital opportunity to document the evolving landscape and find creative ways to help rescuers, as well as families and pets stay together.
