Help us put comfort, connection, and meaningful conversations into children’s hands. Gabe on the Go is a project of That Day Community Corner, a Pennsylvania-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our mission is simple: safe spaces in unexpected places. Our first book, Lily & Gabe: That Day I Found You, follows a child navigating big feelings and her first day of school. Inspired by Christina and Gabby’s lived experiences, it encourages kindness, asking for help, and finding comfort without shame. Donations will help fund finishing, printing, and distributing the book, along with activities that support conversations about feelings and mental health. Children, families, classrooms, libraries, and community spaces will benefit. Our first goal is a basic printed edition and getting books into children’s hands. Your support helps us take that next step—and challenge the stigma around needing comfort and support.
