Members and friends of the Denver Mile High Chapter, The Timberliners Chorus is again planning to compete at the Rocky Mountain District prelims in September of this year. Last year we improved our score by 10 percentage points from the previous year, and came within one percentage point of qualifying for International. This year we aim to not only represent our chapter with excellence, but also qualify for 2026 International. One reason our score improved so dramatically last year is that by holding 4 rehearsals in Denver proper, we were able to attract quality singers to compete with us who don&rsquo;t normally come to our Broomfield rehearsals, due to the travel time commitment. We hope to do the same leading up to this fall&rsquo;s competition. Of course, there is a cost involved in moving these rehearsals to a Denver location. As such, we have put together a targeted fund drive, specifically to cover the costs of the rehearsal space, music purchase for our contest set, and stipend for our dear director Jadyn Diaz. While the Board is hard at work to address our larger revenue initiatives, let&rsquo;s see if we can quickly raise the money for this specific goal. Our target amount to raise is $1,000.
