💚 Supporting Zena Chitteboyina, PreK teacher at Rockenbaugh Elementary School 💚 Recently, Zena faced an unexpected medical challenge that required emergency surgery and time away from her classroom. As she continues her recovery and returns to the students she loves, Dragons Care is grateful for the opportunity to surround her with support and encouragement. In her own words:" Thank you for thinking of me during this difficult timeOn October 5th, I had emergency gallbladder surgery. I was just getting over the flu and had already missed several days of work, so the surgery was a surprise and kept me out of the classroom for another full week. Between the unexpected medical bills and the time away from work, these past few weeks have been challenging. Your generosity is helping us cover those costs.I’m back at school now and taking things slow and steady while I finish recovering. I’ve missed my classroom so much and am grateful to be back with my sweet PreK students. My three Dragon daughters keep me busy at home too!Every donation, share, and kind message means more than I can say. Thank you for showing up for me and my girls. With love and gratitude,Zena" Thank you for joining Dragons Care in supporting Zena during this time. Your kindness and encouragement reflect the caring spirit of our Southlake community and remind us of the impact we can make when we come together for one another. This is a Level 3 grant with a guaranteed minimum goal of $1,000.
