We charge zero&nbsp;fees for these services. What does our work include? Educating people that they have access to this care. Doula care is still seen as a luxury and many people don&#39;t know they have access to it. Our community education workshops help people understand what Doula care is and how to access it through MassHealth or other insurers.&nbsp; Helping with burnout in birth workers. Birth workers experience very high rates of burn out. We help by forming partnerships with hospitals and birth centers to get them direct referrals at no cost to the doulas. While many companies offer this service for a fee, we ask for nothing.&nbsp; Continuing Education and Community Building. We host professional development workshops for doulas to continue learning.
