Two cupped hands cradle a circular logo featuring a golf course path leading to a flag under a rising sun, with trees on either side, all set against a white background with the text "19th Hole Revival Foundation" below.

19th Hole Revival Foundation Golf Tournament Stronger Minds. Brighter Tomorrows. Join us on October 10th at Sunset Golf Course in Longmont, CO for a day of golf with purpose. The 19th Hole Revival Foundation is teeing up for men's mental health, bringing awareness to a topic too often left unspoken and raising funds to support real, tangible help for men who need it. This tournament is held in loving memory of Pat Dion, who we lost to suicide on December 1, 2025. Pat's life, and the pain of losing him, are why this foundation exists. We carry his memory into everything we do, and we hope that through this event, another family might be spared the same heartbreak. This is for Pat, and for every man silently struggling who deserves to know he is not alone. Every dollar raised will be donated to Fishing the Good Fight, an organization dedicated to supporting men's mental wellness through connection, community, and the outdoors. How you can help: You don't have to be a golfer to make an impact. Whether through a sponsorship, a general donation, or simply spreading the word, every contribution helps us bring awareness and real support to men's mental health, and helps us honor Pat's memory in a way that changes lives. Prefer to make a general donation? Not able to sponsor a hole but still want to help? Every gift, of any size, goes directly toward supporting Fishing the Good Fight's mission and helping more men access the mental health support they deserve. No amount is too small, and every donor will receive our heartfelt thanks and recognition for helping drive this cause forward. From all of us at the 19th Hole Revival Foundation, thank you. Thank you for showing up, for giving, and for helping us turn our grief into something that protects other families from the same loss. Pat would be proud of what this community is building in his name. Become a sponsor or make a donation today. In memory of Pat Dion, your support helps us drive change.
