Today is Giving Tuesday, and we're trying to raise $2,500 by midnight for the musicians of Symphony847. Every gift moves the bar above, and every name on the list below is someone from around here who decided to help. Here's the short version. Every player on our stage gets paid. Almost everyone else, the people who book the halls and print the programs, is a volunteer. So what you give today goes to the music: the players, the rehearsal room, the hall, and the scores on the stands. Tickets cover part of each concert. Days like today cover the rest. If you heard us this fall, or you're planning to come hear the brass and organ on December 6, this is the day that makes the rest of the season possible. Thank you. Really.- The musicians and volunteers of Symphony847 ─────────────Symphony847 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 85-0997499. Your gift is tax-deductible as allowed by law; your receipt arrives by email right away. Zeffy charges us no fees, so your full gift reaches the orchestra. The tip at checkout is optional and goes to Zeffy, and you can select Other and then set it to $0.  Questions? info@symphony847.org
