WE GO HIGH Empowering Black Women&rsquo;s Leadership and Collective Power We Go High is a newly launched 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization building disciplined, structured power among Black women across Minnesota. Our mission: To equip Black women to lead systemic and structural change across civic life, education, and public policy. We are not an event-based initiative. We are building long-term infrastructure. OUR THREE-PILLAR FRAMEWORK Community Empowerment: Claiming agency, coordinated civic action, and sustainable neighborhood-based leadership development. Educational Accountability: Advancing student outcomes, STEM access, tech pathways, parent and community voice, and systemic change. Black Women&rsquo;s Collective Strength: Strengthening leadership pipelines through collective action, knowledge sharing, and strategic partnerships. WHY NOW Black women consistently demonstrate leadership across civic and educational spaces &mdash; yet lack structured infrastructure to convert engagement into durable influence. We Go High is closing that gap. As a 501(c)(3), we are positioned to: &bull; Build sustainable leadership pipelines&bull; Develop policy literacy and governance capacity&bull; Support community-rooted accountability efforts&bull; Scale strategic partnerships across Minnesota 12-MONTH PRIORITIES &bull; Recruit and place 100 engaged members into structured committees&bull; Establish measurable education accountability initiatives&bull; Launch leadership development cohorts&bull; Secure foundational funding for operations and growth INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY We are currently seeking seed and sustaining support to build:&bull; Organizational infrastructure&bull; Technology and digital organizing systems&bull; Leadership training curriculum&bull; Community engagement capacity Early partners will play a catalytic role in shaping this foundational phase.
