ZAP will provide free spays (and sometimes neuters) for owned pets from low-income families, helping our community reduce unexpected litters before they ever begin.First up: owned dogs!&nbsp;🐶✨ But here&rsquo;s the thing&hellip;While we&rsquo;re gearing up to help pets stay in their homes and out of the shelter, our own animals still need care, treatment, food, and alllll the love we can give year-round &mdash; and our budget for that is running very, very, VERY low.
