Life's major transitions change more than what we do. They can change how we see ourselves. Your gift helps people navigate those changes through Changing Focus: Moving From We to Me. For eight years, Leader Transition Institute has offered this free, four-day, virtual experience to people navigating major life and career transitions. Across 76 cohorts, 647 people have participated. This Giving Tuesday, we're raising $5,000—enough to provide the supply boxes and assessments for 48 Changing Focus participants. It costs $103 to provide one participant's supply box and assessment. Your gift can help someone discover who they are beyond the roles they've held, reconnect with what matters, and decide what they want to build next. Thank you for being part of our community.
