Nearly 30 years ago, Edna Moffett saw children with nowhere safe to go after school and chose to act. What started as one safe space has grown into a trusted community anchor serving youth and families across Atlanta&rsquo;s Old Fourth Ward. Goals Beyond the Game expands free, walkable afterschool, academic, mentorship, and sports-based programming for youth in Atlanta&rsquo;s Old Fourth Ward. By removing barriers like cost, transportation, and distance, Operation P.E.A.C.E. creates safe spaces where children can learn, play, lead, and belong. Together, we can take children off the sidelines and help build futures that reach far beyond the game.
