A winding river flows through the vast, sun-drenched canyon, with layers of colorful rock formations stretching to the horizon.

On August 29, 2026 the Grand Canyon National Park experienced a catastrophic flash flood.&nbsp;The flood took the lives of two park visitors and impacted the lives of many more. The flood also destroyed the water supply pipeline for the national park. There are over 1,900 residents that support the park operations. Because of the limited water available, the park has closed all of the lodging inside the park and many of the restaurants. Due to the closures the employees that support those operations have had hours cut.&nbsp; Your gift to the Grand Canyon Community Assistance Fund will go directly to assist employees facing the unexpected loss of income.
