Terra BIRDS will be honoring Helen Merrill&#39;s legacy and helping young people grow as thoughtful caretakers of our environment. In celebration of Ponderosa High School&#39;s upcoming graduation, we are gathering donations to support the creation of a dedicated award in her honor.&nbsp;This award will be presented to an outstanding BIRDS@Work intern who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, responsibility, and commitment to environmental stewardship. The selected student will reflect not only a strong work ethic, but also a genuine care for their peers, their community, and the natural world around them&mdash;values that mirror Helen&#39;s lasting impact.
